Tool rust tester

Test procedure:

1. Clean the sample with hot soapy water and wipe the cleaned sample with alcohol;

2. Clip the sample and soak it in 1%NaCI solution at 60℃±2℃ (maximum 62℃);

3, set the test speed: 2-3 times/minute, test time: 6H;

4. After completion of the test, insert the water stain with clean cotton cloth, use wire 0.4 mm diameter and 0.75 mm diameter, respectively, on the surface of contact with the sample under a magnifying glass at least 4 times to check the extent of damage.
