Tool bending tester

Main functions: 

1, through the bending test as the tool bending judgment basis; 

2. Design standard: ISO8442

Operation steps:

1. The processed sample will be processed. Fixed on the fixture so that the cutter face is parallel to the parallel guide block:

2. Move the Angle ruler and adjust the center line of the ruler to be parallel to the center line of the Angle ruler;

3. Hang the weight under the tool tip fixture, pull the handle until the weight hangs in the air for 10S, then remove the weight and check the bending Angle. If the bending Angle exceeds 3°, the weight fails.
