Sponge indentation fatigue tester

This machine is used to measure the concave hardness of porous elastic materials. It can measure the polyurethane sponge foam samples and carry out the tests specified in the national standards, and accurately measure the indentation hardness of sponges, foams and other materials. It can also be used to measure the specified indentation hardness of the produced seat foam (such as backrest, seat cushion foam, etc.), and accurately measure the indentation hardness of each foam part of the seat.

Equipment introduction

Sponge foam collapsible hardness tester is used to test the collapsible hardness of porous elastic materials such as sponge, foam and foam. Sponge foam collapsion hardness tester refers to GB/T 10807, GB/T 12825, GB/T 18942.1, ASTM D3574, GBT 26392 and other test standards. The sponge foam collapsibility hardness tester is to place the sample between the upper and lower pressure plates, and when the upper pressure plate compreszes the sample of a certain size down to the standard requirement at a specified speed, the load element on it will feedback the induced pressure to the controller for processing and display, so as to measure the product collapsibility hardness.
