Glasses lens automatic drop tester

Eyeglass automatic drop testing machine, mainly used to detect glass fiber products, glass products, plastic products and other materials (eyeglasses), according to the specified weight of the steel ball, adjust a certain height, so that the steel ball free fall, hit the sample, observe the degree of damage to determine the fastness of the quality of the test material.

Product features

1, the main body of the machine is divided into two parts: lens pick & place system and steel ball drop system;

2, the pickup and placement system includes a rotating positioning plate (Indexing table), divided into three equal points, each equal point has an adjustable size of the material box (Magazine), can place the maximum size of 100mm diameter of the lens. The amount of each material box is 100 pieces. In the test process, when the lens of one material box is used up, it will automatically rotate to another material box to collect material. The rotating positioning plate is completed by stepping motor or starting structure.

3. Each material box is placed on a platform with adjustable X and Y axes to adjust the center point (strike point) of the lens template;

4, rodless cylinder, servo electric rod and vacuum suction composed of the picking and placing actuator, the lens has been sucked up and sent to the hitting support tube and bottom plate;

5, the steel ball drop system is composed of pneumatic fingers, lifting synchronization belt, steel ball recovery and supplement system;

6, the pneumatic finger is responsible for the steel ball clamping and release;

7. Lift the pneumatic finger with the steel ball to the required drop height (1.27M);

8. The steel ball recovery and replenishment system will sort the steel ball from the lens that has been hit and return it to the starting point of the steel ball, waiting for the pneumatic finger to grip it;

9, the machine with PLC (programmable logic controller) and touch screen as the control interface, the use is very convenient.
