The bicycle handlebar fatigue testing machine simulates the bicycle in the actual riding process, under different road conditions, the handlebar components will be given different directions of the force, especially when riding on the bumpy road, the force is relatively large and frequent, so the quality of the handlebar components is related to the safety and convenience of the entire car. The testing machine is designed according to EN14764 related fatigue test standards. The whole test system is controlled by PLC program, and the force application system adopts force closed-loop control. When the test force applied on the handlebars reaches the set force, it automatically returns and reverses.
