As a classical thermal analysis of thermal effects under controllable programmed temperature, it has already been applied in various occasions such as research and development, process optimization, quality control and failure analysis in the fields of various materials and chemistry. Using DSC, we can study the phase transition of inorganic materials, the melting of polymer materials, the crystallization process, the polymorphism of polymorphism, and the solid/liquid phase ratio of foods such as oils and fats. It is generally used to measure physical and chemical changes related to heat, such as glass transition temperature, melting point, melting temperature, crystallization and crystallization heat, phase transition reaction heat, thermal stability of products, curing/crosslinking, oxidation induction period, etc.

1. The furnace body is heated by double-row winding of precious metal nickel-cadmium alloy wire, which reduces interference and is more resistant to high temperature.

2. The tray sensor is made of precious metal alloy, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.

3. The power supply, the circulation cooling part and the host are separated to reduce the influence of heat and vibration on the micro-heat balance.

4. It adopts the upper-opening structure, which is easy to operate. It is difficult to move the furnace body up to place the sample, and it is easy to cause damage to the sample rod.

5. The weighing system is sealed at a constant temperature to reduce the influence of temperature difference on the weighing system.

6. The furnace body can be replaced according to customer requirements
