Features of JIS waterproof test device
The Japanese standard JIS rain test box is used to test the IPX5 and IPX6 waterproof grades of the products. The test samples include electronic components, outdoor lamps, mobile phone casings, auto parts, etc. The system can be operated remotely, which is convenient and quick.
Application background: The damage to products and materials caused by natural water (rainwater, seawater, river water, etc.) causes incalculable economic losses every year. The damage caused mainly includes corrosion, fading, deformation, strength reduction, expansion, mildew, etc., especially electrical products are prone to fire due to short circuit caused by rain. Therefore, it is an indispensable key procedure to conduct the shell protection water test for a specific product or material.

1. Applicable to the sprinkling test of R1/R2/S1/S2 in JIS D0203.
2. The chassis and sample turntable are made of SUS304# stainless steel to ensure long-term use without rust.
3. It has its own water storage tank. The water level float valve is installed in the water tank to automatically control the water intake, and there is a low water level control to prevent the water pump from being damaged due to lack of water.
4. The electrical part of the turntable is fully sealed to prevent water leakage.
5. Turntable drive: using domestic high-quality stepping motor, the speed and angle can be set (adjustable) on the touch screen, steplessly adjustable within the standard range, and can automatically control the forward and reverse rotation.
6. The water pressure of the Japanese standard coil can be set on the touch screen.
7. The daily standard rotary tube drive adopts domestic high-quality stepper motor, and the swing tube speed and angle are adjustable (set directly on the touch screen). The daily standard rotary tube speed machine can be controlled at 23 rpm/1 minute.
8. R1, R2, S1, S2 can work individually or at the same time.
