The electrical control system adopts the PLC programmable controller as the real-time control core, and the industrial touch screen as the man-machine operation interface, which can realize the vulcanization process parameter setting, vulcanization real-time parameter collection, storage, alarm and intuitive query of historical parameters, etc., with Ethernet interface , support vulcanizing machine cluster networking.

5. The hydraulic control system uses one hydraulic station to drive one or more vulcanizing machines, and the oil pressure and flow control adopt proportional control technology.
